Refund Policy

1. Overview

At AscendSmurfs, we want every purchase to be satisfactory. If something goes wrong, our refund policy outlines your options and the process for requesting a refund.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The account does not match the listing description (wrong rank, region, skins, etc.)
  • The account was already compromised or banned at the time of purchase
  • The seller failed to deliver the account within 48 hours of purchase
  • The account was recovered by the original owner after delivery
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors on our end

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after confirming delivery
  • You violated Riot Games' Terms of Service after purchase
  • The account was banned due to your actions after purchase
  • You failed to change the password and the account was compromised
  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery confirmation

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a support ticket via our support page
  2. Include your order ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide evidence (screenshots, descriptions of discrepancies)
  4. Our team will review within 24-48 hours
  5. You may be asked to return the account credentials

5. Dispute Process

If the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, either party may escalate to a formal dispute. Our team will review all evidence and make a binding decision within 72 hours. Both parties will have the opportunity to present their case.

6. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered. This applies when the account is mostly as described but has minor discrepancies that do not significantly affect its value. The refund amount will be determined by our team based on the severity of the issue.

8. Seller Obligations

Sellers are required to cooperate with refund investigations. Failure to respond within 48 hours of a dispute may result in automatic refund approval for the buyer. Sellers with excessive refunds may have their account suspended.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support system may result in permanent account suspension. We strongly encourage using our dispute resolution process first.
