1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AscendSmurfs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AscendSmurfs. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Marketplace Rules

Buyers and sellers must follow these rules:

  • All listings must accurately describe the account being sold.
  • Sellers must deliver accounts within the promised timeframe.
  • Buyers must confirm delivery once the account is received.
  • No fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices are tolerated.
  • All communication must remain on the Platform.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Sellers pay a 15% commission on each sale. Prices are set by sellers and displayed in USD. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

6. Disputes and Refunds

Disputes must be opened within 48 hours of purchase. Our team reviews all evidence and makes binding decisions. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling stolen, compromised, or fraudulent accounts.
  • Attempting to circumvent escrow or payment systems.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans.
  • Using bots or automated tools to manipulate listings.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AscendSmurfs, including logos, text, and design, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AscendSmurfs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Terminated users may forfeit pending payments. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
