Seller Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms under which you ("Seller") may list and sell League of Legends accounts on the AscendSmurfs marketplace. By creating a seller account, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a verified email address
  • Provide accurate identity information if requested
  • Have a valid payment method for receiving payouts
  • Pass our seller verification process

3. Listing Requirements

All listings must:

  • Accurately describe the account's rank, region, level, champions, skins, and any other features
  • Include only truthful and up-to-date information
  • Set a fair and competitive price
  • Not duplicate existing listings for the same account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Riot Games' Terms of Service

4. Prohibited Accounts

You may not list accounts that are:

  • Stolen, recovered, or obtained through unauthorized access
  • Compromised or currently locked/banned
  • Bought from another marketplace and resold within 30 days
  • Linked to botting, scripting, or other cheating activities
  • Under the legal age requirement set by Riot Games

5. Commission and Fees

AscendSmurfs charges a 15% commission on each successful sale. This commission covers payment processing, platform maintenance, buyer protection, and customer support. There are no listing fees or monthly subscription costs.

6. Delivery Obligations

Upon receiving a confirmed order, you must deliver the account credentials within 24 hours. For "Instant Delivery" listings, you must ensure automated or manual delivery occurs within 1 hour. Failure to deliver within the specified timeframe may result in automatic refunds and account penalties.

7. Account Warranty

You warrant that each account you sell will remain accessible for at least 14 days after delivery. If an account becomes inaccessible within this period due to reasons within your control (e.g., password recovery, email change), you must either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

8. Payouts

Payouts are processed weekly (every Monday) for all completed sales with a cleared balance of $50 or more. Payouts are sent via PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.

9. Dispute Resolution

When a buyer opens a dispute, you will be notified and given 48 hours to respond with evidence that the account matches the listing description. Our team will review both sides and make a binding decision. Repeated disputes may result in listing removal or account suspension.

10. Seller Ratings and Levels

Your seller level is based on your total completed sales: New (0-9), Bronze (10-49), Silver (50-99), Gold (100-199), Platinum (200-499), Diamond (500+). Higher levels receive priority placement in search results and access to premium features.

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to: listing prohibited accounts, failing to deliver orders, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or receiving excessive disputes. Suspended sellers may forfeit pending payouts.

12. Modifications

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued selling after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
